This addresses the main issue of the joystick snapping back to the neutral position, which prevents smooth menu navigation. How it works - Start up Fallout 4 and test menu navigation. At first, you will see that the controls have not been fixed. Press the L2 button (grip) for a second or so and release. Now, test the menus - cry tears of joy.
